I was talking with a friend recently about my limited taste in movies and the few categories I reliably like: movies about space, sports, spies, and journalists. (Is there an “sp” word for journalist?) Plus, romantic comedies, of course. The conversation got me thinking about books, though. My taste in books is much broader, but I still have my favorite niche genres. If a book fits one of these categories, it’s highly likely to be a hit for me:
